Diversity at Maxus

Maxus is a great place to start your career in the media industry.

We have 2 entry programmes for you to choose from, our 15 month apprenticeship scheme ‘Maxus Calling’ or our rotational scheme ‘Launchpad’

Launchpad is open to all. The scheme is designed to ensure you gain exposure to all the main areas of the business by rotating across the teams for 9 months. At the end of the 9 months you will have the opportunity to apply for a position within one of our open roles.

Maxus Calling

At Maxus we know that going to university isn’t right for everyone, and there are plenty of talented people out there without degrees. That’s why we host Maxus Calling, a one day event where 50 school-leavers will learn what it is that makes a media agency like Maxus tick, and how they can be a part of it.

Throughout the day they will learn all about a career in the fast paced world of media, spending time with teams from across the agency and with apprenticeship mentors who will introduce them to five 15-month apprenticeship roles that Maxus are recruiting for. At the end of the Maxus Calling open day, the best five candidates are offered those apprenticeships.
